Angry Tribe is an anarchopunk band hailing from the northernmost parts of the globe. Initially started out containing Oliver (guitar\vocals) and Erling (bass\drums) as they felt their old Hardcore punk band Folkets Helter (www.myspace.com/folketshelter2) was slowly coming to an end after almost 5 years in keeping punk a threat, and felt the need to start something anew. Hence Adolf Hitler and the Jew Bastard was born, who recorded one song available here. After a while, they changed their name to Angry Brigade after the english anarchist terrorist group with the same name, but not long after changed again to Angry Tribe as the rhetorics went deeper, dealing with stuff like the problems in the nonexistent mind of many punks, consumer culture, life in a relatively big city and states of mind as well as the amount of songs grew bigger and the need for an own name arose. Somewhere here, late guitarist Mathias of FH also joins on bass and drums, creating an effective use of 2 bassists and drummers for a little while until it settles on erling on bass and mathias on drums due to confusion and stress. sometime later mathias quits due to internal problems, and the bands rehearsal pad was taken away (twice!) and the band has laid dormant, planning its next attack ever since.
