Mockingbone - The Grand Mufti and Adolf H - first became an item when they discovered love at first sight in Berlin. This eccentric austro-arabic duo's sporadic recordings since this disreputed meeting have been (depending on your viewpoint) either eclectic, autistic or scattergun: a mixture of material ranging from spooky ambience on atmospheric tracks like Beauty of Time inspired by the bleak Arctic landscape to which they have been exiled to the nihilistic punk of Gog and the musical equivalent fo an MC Escher print that is Chimpanzino (like nothing you've heard before).

Some of it was not heard publicly for the first time in 2006, via the medium of MySpace. The true identities of Mockingbone are known still to only a few encrusted co-evil masterminds and anyone who's read this far... Tell no-one. Loose smelly tongues can be swallowed.

Mockingbone have no connection with neo-Nazis or Al Quaedas and never respond to letters addressed to the residence, Ny-Ålesund, Svalbard. Send a number or symbol if you want a reply.
