Does anyone else longboard? I just got back from a mellow sesh. Cruiser. I'm not that great yet. I still get some pavement massages when I get ripping. I got a Gravity Longboard. I ride downhill Mtn. Bike also. I'm better at biking.

Yea, I just bought a landyachts totem. It's fuckin' sweet. I haven't really rode skateboards in years. I like to sidewalk surf now. I remember the first board I got was a hand me down when I was 5 years old. It was probably thew equivalent to a nash, but I moved up to a gator after that. I've had a Hosoi Hammerhead, a Caballero, a Roscop, and a later Mcgill design that was something I bought to get back into it. The longboard has been the trick. I take to work everyday and ride it in the warehouse at lunch, and in the parking to my car. Best new hobby I've had in years.

We have some long twisting hills where I live....

There are 3 or 4 neighbors that hop in the back of their buddy's truck and go to the top and then just slolam back and forth down the hill for a half mile or so.

Looks like fun.

ANother friend has something called a carve board that is pretty fun too.

Gravity makes a board that is called "carve". It may be that. I haven't got into downhill yet. I have enough safe fun on flat land for now.
